Development and Expansion
- The Kerala Forest Department and the Wildlife Trust of India (WTI) worked together to build this platform.
- Work on the project started in 2017, and the state officially launched it in 2019.
- Later, the system expanded to other states including Karnataka in 2022, Tamil Nadu in 2025, and Odisha in 2025.
E-Court Integration and Features
- The platform now connects directly with the judiciary through an Application Programming Interface (API), removing the need for paper paperwork.
- This connection allows officials to track case files in real time, moving from Preliminary Offence Reports (POR) all the way to final court verdicts and witness testimonies.
- Built on an Enterprise Resource Planning model, the software is modular and scalable, letting different states adjust it for local laws and languages while keeping a unified centralised database.
