What Is GPSC Mains Answer Writing?

The GPSC Class 1/2 Mains examination is descriptive, not objective. Instead of choosing between four options you write structured answers under a strict time limit across four General Studies papers. How many tests are there, and which papers do they cover?

There are 32 tests across four phases. The paper order is GS-2 (Constitution, polity, governance, social justice), then GS-1 (history, cultural heritage, geography), then GS-3 (economy, science and technology, environment) and finally GS-4 (ethics and case studies).

Will my answers be evaluated for me?
